A 65 percent Venezuelan chocolate made from the Criollo cacao bean.

“The Soirée” of Arriba Mocache
A 72 percent Ecuadorian chocolate crafted from the Criollo Nacional cacao bean.
This Grand Cru has an intense licorice and coffee aroma.
“The Leopard” of Sambirano, Madagascar
A beautiful 64 percent couverature made from the Trinitaro cacao bean.
A fruity aroma with flavor notes of hazelnut, clove, cedar and wild berries.
“The Checkerboard” of Bolivian Cru Sauvage
A true rarity, "Cru Sauvage" is harvested from the Amazon wilds, often requiring days of travel via horseback or dugout canoe.
Fresh lemon and juicy grapefruit complement the substantial cocoa taste.
