In warm weather, no deliveries will be scheduled for
arrival on Mondays. ColdPacks include reusable insulation packaging, plus reusable ice packets, plus biodegradable peanuts and
extra large shipping boxes. For routes that exceed 72 degrees, the extra care and speed does mean that shipping costs may be high.

What are the holiday deadlines?
If you choose standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail), we recommend that you place your order one week before the holiday.
Do you ship to Canada? How about outlying US territories and APO/FPO ?
We ship only within the 50 US states and Canada, excluding APO/FPO. An extra charge applies to AK, HI and Canadian shipments; it will be calculated for you automatically on your shopping basket page.
Will I have to sign for my package?
You can use the "Special Instructions" space at checkout to authorize the driver to leave your package without a signature. We recommend having someone make sure the package is not left in direct sun and is refrigerated within one day.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders received by noon Central Time weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Other orders will be processed the next business day. Since temperatures vary in transit nationwide, we may hold your order over the weekend to assure that it arrives in premium condition.
Will I be charged taxes?
Within Minnesota, the standard state and any local taxes are charged.
What are the holiday gift shipping deadlines?
To assure timely delivery, we recommend that you order your gift by noon CST, at least 7 business days before the holiday.
Can you take care of my gift list, so I don't have to enter it online?
